Management Team

Martin Höchsmann started his professional career as a sales representative for an IT system integrator. Over the course of several years, he took over the responsibility for sales and marketing as managing director and shareholder of the company.

In the next step in his career, he led, as managing director, the system consulting business of Pleonzke Systeme GmbH, which was acquired by Computer Science Corporation (CSC).

During the last 12 years, Martin Höchsmann has been a Principal for two American strategy consulting firms (CSC Index GmbH and ZS Associates Inc.) where he was responsible for business development and execution of multinational consulting projects. The main focus of these projects were Go-To-Market strategies, effectiveness improvement programs for sales and marketing organizations as well as large scale change initiatives.

Dr. Matthias Höchsmann studied Computer Science at the University of Bielefeld and received his PhD with „summa cum laude“, funded by a stipend of the NRW International Graduate School for Bioinformatics and Genome Research.

As an undergraduate student, Matthias Höchsmann founded the company iwef, which is specialized in mobile ordering and payment systems in the hospitality industry. Today, internationally leading Point-of-Sale companies are among iwef's clients.

Matthias Höchsmann has a broad interest in future technologies and lives with his family in Santa Cruz, California and Herford, North Rhine-Westfalia (NRW).
